over a week to approve a 10k limit increase?

I have never experienced more inefficiency with a financial institution before. Discovery has been advertising the Apple watch promotion, if you have a min 10k limit on your discovery credit card. firstly the website was down for 2 days, then the application to apply for credit had a bug for 2 days. Then eventually I managed to apply, I was preapproved in minutes, only to discover that there was suddenly a 5 day turnaround time to process the documents.<br> <br> after this lengthy delay there is now suddenly there is another 3 day turnaround required at credit<br> <br> how is it possible that a 10 000 limit increase at Discovery can take linger than a 1.6million homeloan at nedbank.<br> <br> This is unacceptable its Christmas eve, and still nothing.
