Over 30 working days and counting.
I had a query with discovery regarding my personal health fund and discovery miles. PHF issue was sorted and still not satisfied, but aw well.
I got a correspondence letter regarding the discovery miles and they said it will take up to 2-3 business working days. It's been a over 30 business working days and still no answer.
Am I getting any answers or what must can happen?

19 Aug 2026, 13:32In March I did a quote with discovery insure. And the guy told me I will get 1000 miles just for doing the quote. I haven't received those miles till to date
