OTP ISSUE TAKING MORE THAN A DAY TO FIX!!!!
I lost my phone that had the app. I want to use my card urgently but I cannot since Discovery has taken the whole day to fix the OTP issue. I am not able to register or rather update a new number as we speak meaning that I have to wait till you guys can get back to me to use the card and hope that people who stole my phone do not use the money in my account since they are able to get access and I cannot. Shucks guys!!!!! I did not sign up for this honestly.

I'm sorry to hear that. If you would like to update your OTP number for purchases, you can go to online.discovery.bank to have it updated immediately. Our OTP Department will only update your OTP details for other aspects of Discovery that does not include Discovery Bank.

Well I have done this and its not allowing. Its not sending the OTP message to all the numbers I have tried.
