OTP ARRIVAL DELAYED

Discovery OTPs do not arrive on time. And by not-on-time I mean the first one arrives 5-10 minutes after the Verified By Visa screen has loaded - and only after you have Requested New OTP one or more times. Then, depending on the number of requests - OTPs keep showing up for hours afterwards - up to 12 hours later !

Does ANYONE at Discovery use their card for online shopping? How is it possible - in this day and age - for such a vital function to be THIS broken, with no acknowledgement from Discovery Card when I contacted them?

Hi This issue appears to now have been fixed. I completed two online transactions with almost immediate OTP arrivals. Thank you Discovery.
