Open Account in a few hours : LOL yeah right!

While trying to switch over to this bank, in a few hours, they said i do not qualify, for some or other reason. They then ask for more and more documents, which i provide, they ask for the same documents again. The worst UX on an App that I have ever came across. Its almost like they doing me a favour and I must jump though hoops to join. I decided not to as there are many other banks that would love to have me as a client. The promise is you can open an account in a few hours, they should change it to a few years.
