I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Discovery Bank – it is by far the worst and slowest bank I’ve ever dealt with.

Five months ago, I submitted an online ***** claim after my account was breached through online banking. A large amount of money was transferred to various recipients, some of whose names I can barely pronounce. One of the banks involved in receiving these funds was Discovery Bank.

While Standard Bank successfully located my money in other institutions, Discovery Bank has been delaying the process for five months, failing to provide any updates or locate the funds.

This situation is beyond absurd. What kind of bank is Discovery? Are they actively shielding ********s? Could there be an internal issue within the bank that’s allowing this to happen? I need answers, especially since they continue to drag out the investigation.
