**** of a bank, STAY AWAY!!

I called to cancel my bank account with you guys and you confirmed that it will be cancelled but to my surprise it was never cancelled and they have been charging me monthly fee even though I called and cancelled. Stay away from this bank if you don’t want to regret like I do now. I spoke to Zimkhitha , Floor Manager
