Obnoxious staff

I had a bad experience a while ago with Discovery Bank, but today took the cake and not in a good way. I called the call center with a problem with a deduction on my account that was not authorized by myself. After trying to explain to Mpho that although I subscribed to showmax I did not agree to continue after the free trial was over. No miss congeniality was very obnoxious and arrogant and refused to reverse the twice deducted amount. Yes twice. The damn amount was take twice from the total although she said it wasn't. Mpho was rude and I strongly suggest she should not work with the public. I do think this time I will move my account to another bank. Your attitude don't sit well with me. I demand an apology from her. Before I close my account. I will Not recommend Discovery Bank to anyone.
