The app is poor you cannot even reverse an unauthorised debit order. I asked the agent to do it for me they took so long now they saying its over 40 days 😡. Other banks you can reverse debit order using their App.

Currently our bank app doesnt allow debit order reversals, however should you request a debit order reversal within 40 days we can dispute the funds immediately for you.
However if the transaction is older than 40 days our operations team will get it done for you, we apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused for you.
