Nothing to complain about.

I'm sitting here reading others' reviews of Discovery Bank and the only thing I can think of to say is that they are either doing something wrong, or people who are happy with Discovery Bank, are not reviewing the bank. I have been banking with Discovery now for two to three years and I'm super happy and satisfied. I hate bank queues. I actually hate all queues... I love being able to call or message my bank and get results immediately. I have never had to get into any kind of queue (not even a call centre queue) to speak to my banker.

I just got off a WhatsApp chat with Thabo. My query was resolved so fast! I have misplaced my bank card and just wanted to know how old the card is because Discovery gives a free replacement every 12 months. Oh and by the way, I was able to PAUSE my card and not completely block it, so as soon as I find the card, I will be able to just continue on down the road with my banking with no hassles. This bank keeps reinventing itself. I'm really sorry for those who struggle. I think it's the best bank in South Africa.
