Nothing is actioned immediately!!

I have requested for my statement with a range I needed for dates, the app had a weird rang of the 17th to the 17th which obviously makes no sense if you’re submitting a document much like this one to get financed of anything of that sort. It’s been 3 days waiting for this specific statement and everytime I’m told it has been escalated, I was also told it would take 24hours, next person I spoke to said 48hours of turn around time. I can’t finish my transaction with my agent because I don’t have the document reflecting my pay day. This is ridiculous!!!! I’m definitely moving banks after this, I can’t be inconvenienced by my own bank for something as small as a statement. Previous to this was changing my address which too donkey years until I was sorted, to be specific Atleast a week
