Not very clever

How this is nominated best digital bank of the year is beyond my comprehension. If you have an CC acount with a savings account and a transaction account thay are considered 3 seperate accounts even though they are on the same portfolio on the app BUT CANNOT be linked onto one card, you have to carry 3 seperate cards for these accounts or transfer from one account to another if you only want to carry the 1 card. BUT if you change to a suite accounts and link all 3 accounts into "ONE" then you can have one card, BUT you pay R120.00 more monthly account fee to combine the accounts. So cheaper to have 3 cards and 3 acounts than 1 card with 3 accounts linked. And they say banks are intelligent!!!!!!!!! Surely this should be the other way around?????
