Not user friendly

discovery bank is an inconvenience. I stopped banking discovery because of this. The fact you cant access the account without approving on the app is nonsense. If you lose your phone or forget it at home, you cannot pay or transact online. I have serious regrets going back to discovery. Why they only use in app authorization not with an option of OTP. So i must suffer because I forgot my phone at home. This bank does not cater for imperfect humans
