Not Updating OTP Email Address after 3 requests.
I have phoned and asked 3 (THREE) times for my OTP email to be updated. I left a job 3 years ago in which that pin was being emailed to and I've asked various times and it's never was done.
The last time was in January and I was assured it was done. Trying to buy flights on Flysafairs special last night and guess what....no OTP comes through.
I'll be cancelling my card and the credit elsewhere today.

01 Feb 2019, 11:35Yes, thank you for the call, but AGAIN, it has not been resolved, trying to purchase something online and it says your OTP has been sent to your email even though I requested it now to be sent to my cellphone. I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THAT EMAIL!!
