Not receiving my salary on time

i have been using this bank for the last three months every time when I get paid I do not get my salary on time it takes close to 48 hours for me to get my salary even if it is during business days I have called discovery about this issue but still I always have to go through this thing and I have obligations that I have to meet I hate this.

I am sorry about this frustrating experience.

We do not have any holds on the turnaround times of our client's salaries, this is mainly dependent on how your HR processes the payment on their side, please confirm if you have this issue with your other account payments?

you don"t know what you are talking about, can you escalate this to someone who is more superior than you If you cant do that it is fine i will find another bank
