Not Paying my credit out as promised

There was a credit owed to my by the scheme, I was promised this credit will be paid to my by Friday last week and latest Saturday, it is Monday and they have not paid out any of my money. I have been **** to by managers and promises made by managers that the money will be paid but nothing. I will proceed to lodge a complian with the ombud on the matter.
