Not Honouring Our Contract

Late in January 2015 I contacted Discovery Vitality to check the procedure for purchasing using my credit card at Sportsman's Warehouse. I requested Sportsman's Warehouse Healthy Gear Cards for myself and my husband. They were issues but only my husband's arrived. I checked if I could use my husband's card - it was confirmed I could. 2 cards subsequently later arrived. I checked which ones were which, I was told which to destroy and confirmed both my husbands and mine were activated. Tick all boxes. I purchase at Sportsman's Warehouse, my 25% discount amounts to over R900. Still waiting for my refund. I supply proof of purchase and proof of following the correct process. Discovery has come back to me saying they are not refunding me my 25% because the card I used had expired. How can a card expire when it was only issued end January 2015? How can any of this be my fault when I called in to confirm everything. Discovery point blank refuse. I am now giving you 24 hours to not only respond, but to apologise & refund me before I now also contact the Ombudsman. Your treatment towards a Diamond client is shocking. Your treatment towards me has been shocking. Shame on you.
