Not happy. Can't charge me while account on hold because it's your fault it was on hold on first place

My account was on hold for 3 years almost.sadly monthly charges were deducted for these years until it's a heavy amount. From having money in my acc to being negative to almost 5k in monthly charges but my acc was locked. For its thier mistake it was even locked. Took me 3 years to recover my banking account only to find my money gone and balance negative
