Not good for banking

I opened my account in 2024, I am still waiting for my physical card. They deduct monthly fees whenever they feel like it, no set date for that. When I tried to speak to agent, they were "too busy", so I requested one contact me, I have been waiting for 4 days, no joy. I will stick with the medical scheme I currently have with discovery, but the banking side leaves a lot to be desired.
