Not easy to get in contact with Discovery bank

I'm having difficulty getting in contact with a Discovery Banker. Calling the helpline you do not have an option for general inquiry. So I'm a client and would like to know what is the difference between Gold and Platinum except for monthly fees being higher? You guys do not even have an email address to send queries to.
