Not able to utilize my money

Worst bank ever, I wish I read the reviews before opening the account. Firstly my phone camera broke and with their app you can not do anything without the damn selfie, when I called they said I must buy a new phone or borrow someone else phone to take selfie. I have money in my account but unable to make deposits, online payments because of a selfie. Discovery Bank please try another way of verifying people like other banks do because this in inconveniencing us. They also told me I will only pay one fixed bank account fee only to find out there is an extra +R30 bank fee for an additional card I did not order. I am closing this stupid bank account as from today.
