Not a secure bank

Phone and card were ****** and they managed to ***** funds. Here's the catch, when they tried my Investec card, Investec immediately flagged the transaction as ********** and it didn't go through. Discovery bank allowed THREE of their money-withdrawing transactions to go through (WITHOUT my pin) and the ***** department now says they cannot reverse or insure my funds because it was a "secure" transaction. Laughable.
