Not a people's Bank poor service
PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY! FROM DISCOVERY BANK ITS THE MOST UNORGANISED BANK EVER I HAVE BEEN SEND EMAIL AFTER EMAIL NOW I WAS TOLD THEY DONT REPLY TO EMAIL TO CANCEL AN ACCOUNT NOW ON PHONE WITH THEM THEY SAY I MUST FIRST PAY THE OUTSTANDING BANK FEE'S BEFORE THEY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND IF I DONT PAY IT THEY WILL LEAVE MY ACCOUNT ACTIVE REALLY I DONT WANT AN ACCOUNT BUT NOW I MUST PAY TO CLOSE IT IN 2022 THEY DONT REPLY TO EMAIL
