Nonsense service from Bongekile from collections.

Bongekile from vollections and her team leader are refusing to take my calls. Bongekile answers the line as soon as she hears its me she hangs up.

I have a discovery account and the credit facility. My credit facility is up to date and they confirmed that however I am owing the service fees for my transactional account for missed Gym membership debit orders.

Discovery then sends me messages saying im owing my credit facility and ill be handed over even though I have never missed my Discovery payment.

I do not believe that missing my monthly fees should affect my credit bureaus. I have since requested they send me documents that advise people or their clients that smile they not pay their monthly service fees , discovery will put negative listings on their credit profiles and they are unable to produce such information.

The calls are recorded and im asking for the recording and they won’t share them. My question is should i rather stop paying discovery at all and pay the gym because that’s what they actually pushing me to do
