Non existing service

What a waste of time. Received a phone call on Monday from one of their consultants offering me a back account. Completed the registration online and was told to download the app to the application. Since then I havent been able to log in as their system tells me that my id nr is not registered with them. Five phone calls with everybody promising you the sun and moon and star nothing is resolved. Tried speaking to their Digital Id department only to be met by some *********** person saying hello hello hello hello the entire time and pretending she doesnt hear you. Transferred from one depart to the next and not one person knows how to resolve the issue. Customer service at it best. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
