Non existent call centre

Called Discovery Bank to determine why funds still not reflected since last week ... only option given is to call, no emails etc.

Nobody answers call yet one can hear staff chatting and laughing.

So much for 24 hour call centre. Why force one to call?

Can you imagine if this had been an urgent issue.
