Non client struggling with *********** bank
What a bad experience... I have documents that needs to be stamped for verification of non client i send these documents 15 January today was the 9th email with the same documents 6 phone calls and no response. They tell me to wait 24 to 47 hours for documents to be stamped and email back so it's a week now and nothing

22 Jan 2026, 15:05So after another phone call I get told discovery bank is unable to assist because I don't have a reference nr??? So if there's no communication how should I get a reference? They person dropped the call after I asked the question. I'm speaking to someone on Facebook messenger telling me the 1 page form is incomplete I need to send the full form 🙃 there's only 1 form with 1 place to stamp. Tuesday I spoke to a lady she confirmed she received the documents aand everything was in order to be stamped now today I need a reference and I have a incomplete form🤣 do you guys know how to stamp a form for school?
