No up to date statements at discovery bank

You cannot oppen your app in 2022 with a "Fully Online bank" and click download latest statement that will give you an up todate transaction of your account. Statement you need for important things like home loan and credit card applications.

They only allow 30 day statement genereted automatically by the system from 7th to 7th. You CANNOT get it outside of this date for you applications.

You have to: 1) Call in (and be prepared to hold through 2 minutes of marketing talk BEFORE you get options to prorceed) while you are siting in chair infront of your loan applicators table while dicovery bank tells you they will email another department who will email you the up to date statement. But.....they will do it within 24hrs.... unless they email you the wrong statement and the statement also has the WRONG password. So 24hrs later you have to call discovery bank again and tell them you are stuck with no statement and expiring offer from your loan applicator and then they tell you they will EMAIL the department who will EMAIL YOU the correct stametnent with the correct ID number as password all within another 24hrs..... How many days is this now? Who knows. For what you may ask? An uptodate banking statement lol.
