No services and empty promise

Discovery Bank promote you must bank with them, yet it is now a week and they cannot solve my SAFPS letter. After numerous calls to the ***** department Mpho reply to my hello Peter message to send him/her the details privately. No surname, no details given where to contact him/her. Further I was advise he/she cannot pick up something on my cellphone number, so surely was it not possible to contact me? Why must I keep calling and receive empty promises and no resolution. I never bank with Discovery Bank and if this is the way a non-customer of them is treated, why will I consider it moving to them if the smallest thing cannot be solved. At this stage the Bank is causing a negative credit rating against my name which I will not tolerate going forward. In need I will obtain Legal representation. I urged you to sort this by 14h00 Monday (17/7/2023).
