NO SERVICE WHAT SO EVER

WOW I thought the service from the company was bad but when I tried to cancel it is the worst I have ever received.

The first couple of times I called in nothing happened and when I asked to speak to manager they don bother coming back to you. I eventually got hold of Ummarra(sorry about the spelling) who told me the account would be closed by close of business... still nothing. Apparently she tried to call me but no miss call on my cell. I have now got hold of another manager Lauren and awaiting response again.

This has been going on for a month no and still nothing
