No Service from Discovery Bank

Two possible ********** transactions took place on my Discovery Credit Card. Since 28 October I have tried to sort this out. Other than my card being blocked by Discovery, they have failed to reply to 4 e-mails, phone calls are promised but never happen .... so basically I have lost my money and I have no credit card. What a huge disappointment after being a loyal client for so many years.
