No response to complaints

I have submitted a complaint 5 days ago, regarding a dispute that Takealot has, I placed an order with Takealot, the money has gone off my account as pending, this amount has not been reversed. so Takealot won't release the product and you won't come back to any of my 3 emails that have been sent regarding this.
