NO RESPONSE REGARDING MY QUERY

My credit card statement indicates a \finance charge of\" R 2.19. I don't recall at any stage owing any money on my card that would cause me to incur interest let alone a finance charge.<br> <br> I mailed discovery card and requested the reason for this amount. I received a mail on 9/4/16 requesting my card or my ID number, which I responded to, however to date I have not received a response on my actual query.
