No response and empty promises

Dont start a bank if you can’t run it, called the 19th of May to cancel my card, no response. I follow up every second day, no one can put me through to the right department and everyone just leaves empty promises and say they will call back. I have not heard anything! Shocking! I will definitely never refer any one to take a Discovery product
