No refund or closure of acc

I paid money into the wrong account (my closed Discovery acc). I have been trying for 2 months to get my refund after many calls, emails, FB messages etc. Each call ends with them saying a refund will be processed, and it never does.

Please can someone phone me regarding this, and have it resolved, as well as the resolution of closing my account, which I tried to do 2 months ago, and now the fees are building up.

I have not had a good start with this bank from start to end.
