No refund after four by Discovery Travel

Good day I booked an accomodation at Premier Hotel Knysna The Moorings from 16/04/2025 until the 19/04/2025. Upon arrival at the property, it was brought to my attention that i had doubled booked myself.

I then proceeded to engage the property management regarding same. I was advised that my booking for the extra unit will be cancelled and that I must also take it up with Discovery, which I did, numerously so.

It is now a good full four months since this occurrence and I have been promised by multiple agents from Discovery for a refund but nothing materialised.
