No one answering ***** line

I had a *****ulent attempt on my account. When I told the ****mer I wont share any codes and will contact the bank directly he dropped the call. I immediatly called Discovery Bank on their ***** number given on their website *** i was on the line for 30+ min.I made 3 attempted calls but no answer. How can this even be acceptable? My account could have been cleared out by now. They keep deleting my post off their FB page aswell!!! I am cancelling my account.
