No miles multipliers and other annoyances

People who earn Discovery miles please take note before you switch to Discovery Bank: You don’t get any of the miles multipliers on Discovery Bank (yet, they say).

I have been earning between R400 and R600 worth of miles per month over the last few years but in my last month with the bank I earned R110. I phoned to query it and was told that that is the way it is when you switch to the bank but that the customers on the old card still get the multipliers.

Other minor annoyances: 1. Get SMS and email notifications for every transaction. They can't change it or the notification limit. 2. Sky high ATM fees. The way I read the documentation you get a few free ATM withdrawal per month but apparently that only applies for the banking suites. That was not clear in the documentation. 3. No miles statement available, only credit card and savings accounts.
