No interest on 32 day savings account and poor bank contactability
I did not receive interest on my 32 day savings account for Sep 2025. When I try calling the bank to query this I am on hold for 15 mins. Why has the service deteriorated so bad? You guys are a digital bank and don't have walk in branches so you need to have enough resource to answer the calls as soon as possible. Your AI is also useless. Please call me back to rectify ASAP
