No interest in ***** cases
R6000 went off my credit card without my authorization. No OTP, no in-app authorization, the money just went off. I immediately called the bank to report it, and i am being issued with a new card. But the pathetic side is that the bank does not act quick to reverse the charge or stop it. I get told that i have to wait 72 hours for the ***** team to determine its merits, and that the money may not be returned.
Rather move my business somewhere else. Looks like i have to find money elsewhere to put food on the table while discovery drag their feet in deciding what constitutes *****.

I'm sorry that this happened to you.
A ***** investigation does take some time to determine what exactly happened before funds can be reversed.
