No help to clear ***** Case through Discovery Bank
I had ***** done on my account in February 2025 . I’ve been promised my account will have the ***** amounts taken off but it has not happened. I’m being harassed 5 times a day with calls, emails , and smes, it’s very hurtful and I can’t any help to solve the problem . I’ve asked for a new ***** person to get the problem solved but I’m told I can’t have another . No one will help me get these charges taken off my account , I’m just being asked to pay the ***** amounts or else I’ll be black listed . I don’t know what to do anymore, it’s very tasking !!!

Thank you very much . I keep my account in very good standing , the fact that this is happening to me has really put a damper on my spirits:(:(
I’m grateful for your help as this was really getting out of hand. This was never something I wanted to do but I was told by a friend I’d get an immediate response which shouldn’t be the case as I’ve spoken to Discovery many times.
