No Email address for communicating with a human at Discovery Bank

I need to report a deceased Estate as the Executor. How do I go about doing this please. I would like to communicate ONLY via email so that I have a record of any interaction.

Soooo my complaint is that *** is the only email address for Discovery Bank that I can find on line. You can only use it once you have made a complaint. and NOT to make a complaint! CATCH 22 !!!!!!!

If I try to phone Discovery it requires me to give a phone number of the registered phone on the deceased’s account, presumably to send a OTP to a non-active phone. How useful is that!!!!
