No Discovery Bank service

I have been trying to open a bank account. each time documents are submitted, 4 times now, it comes up successful. Then one receives an email to say that Discovery are still waiting for documents. Unfortunately dealing with Discovery Bank is a nightmare. The App doesn't allow one to lodge a query. The AI bot has never helped me and the only other way is to call them. Their call centre agents are robotic and not helpful. just spoke to a friend who has similar issue. She wnt to Discovery store in Sea Point and they tried to assist by calling the Bank, but to no avail. Why do they make life so difficult? If Discovery Bank want to soar with the Eagles(ABSA, FNB,Tyme, Capitec, Nedbank etc), they first need to learn how to fly with the birds
