No communication. Unfortunate mistake by Discovery Bank

I pay for overseas medical aid for a family member who lives overseas . The payments have been going through for a number of months on my credit card. Yesterday Discovery blocked the payment. When I called, they told me that the reason is that it was suspected *****. They did not contact me first. Now my son does not have medical aid until this can be sorted out. ( FNB phone me if they think a payment is suspicious)
