No communication

I app**** for a discovery credit card last week and sent through my papers, I received an email with a new quotation on Monday the 15th of January 2018 and I signed it and emailed it back.I received an email immediately after sending back the quotation saying that they have received my documents and I will get an answer within three business days...I still haven't received any communication from the sales team,I had to call them today to check the progress of my application and I was told that they had not received my documents but after looking for them for 1minute miraculously they found them and they just send them to the sales team today..Its funny how we have to struggle when we apply but when we are late in paying they always call and email but they can't keep they word about responding in three days.Had I not called too follow up I would still be waiting another week..
