No client loyalty

I have been a loyal discovery bank member for over a year now and even reached the diamond status because all my savings and money goes to this bank. The one time when i need something as easy as a credit card limit increase so that i can qualify for the apple watch benefit i get sent from pillar to post. I literally decreased my credit card limit last month because i was not aware it had to be that amount. but they want me to submit multiple payslips and bank statements. I have submitted all bank statements but do not have payslips because we get them as hard copies and i didnt get a chance to collect them before offices closed for the holidays. I now have to wait for mid Jan which is ridiculous because this bank can see that i had the same limit that i am now asking for all year.
