No cash back for spending in Incredible connection

I spent about R 2,400.00 with Discovery credit card last June in Incredible connection Fourways crossing branch. Of course I expected cash back. But I haven't received it yet. When I talked to one of your consultant, he said your system cannot pick that transaction up because it only mentioned \Incredible Fourways"in the Card slip"
