No card disappointed

Am very disappointed as my card has not be delivered after I missed the first delivery and I called two week back and I was assured that the card will be send before last week but that is not the case to date and now I have negative balance because I couldn't deposit into account that I don't have access to the account.

Thanks but there called while I was in meeting and there we advised to call me again but no call this to far, please advise them to call am available
