No call back from Discovery Bank

No call back from Discovery Bank. As a client of Discovery Bank I have called twice in the past week. After a while I was given the option to request a call back, and was assured that Discovery Bank would call me back before 9 pm each night. In both cases I received no call back. I am disappointed, and think of closing my accounts with Discovery with their disappointing service.
