No bank card for weeks

I have been waiting for my bank card for weeks now and last week I called and the delivery company said they would deliver on Tuesday and never did. There has been no communication i have moved my salary over to the new account and there is still no bank card received. How will I access my money.

I was not in the country on the 3rd and i mentioned that i wasnt going to be. I called them on the 10th jan I was at home the whole day they didnt call or show up you ****** li
